FREE WORKSHOP ~ “Living Well with Chronic Conditions"

Calvary will be hosting a 6-session workshop provided by UNR's School of Medicine Sanford Center for Aging starting on WEDNESDAY JULY 22 from 1:00--3:30 pm in the conference room and continuing on the following 5 Wednesday afternoons. "Living Well with Chronic Conditions" is an evidence-based workshop designed for those dealing with ongoing health conditions to learn techniques and skills needed in the day-to-day management of any type of physical and/or mental health issue. This workshop is FREE to the participants and includes a FREE workbook packed with useful information.  This workshop will be led by Patricia Wood and Carol Farrell--this is their first ever time leading this workshop, and they are thankful to have some friendly faces to encourage them. If you would like more information or to sign up for the workshop, please contact Patricia Wood at 775-934-0479.
